Pre-alpha apartment complex in a metropolis node.^[1]

Apartment buildings are default service buildings that come pre-built with Village (scena 3) nodes and higher.^[2]^[3]^[4]^[5]^[6]

Village (scena 3) apartment buildings offer 50 instanced rental apartments. Additional apartments can be added at Town (scena 4) if the mayor chooses to construct them and if there is an available plot for the expansion. This includes different types of apartments, such as penthouses.^[3]^[4]^[7]^[5]^[8]
