Mechanics

This spell has three consecutive animations that are carried out when the player successfully times their weapon use ability. These timings are approximate and are based on frame counting pre-alpha combat footage under 60fps.

1. The first animation is 1333ms (1333 milliseconds) in duration. It has a 166ms weapon use reaction window (1/8 of the total time).
2. The second animation lasts 900ms, and has a 200ms reaction window (2/9 of the time).
3. The third animation lasts 1000ms (1 second).

The magic missiles release from the player's location at the end of each animation. These are target locked attacks.
