The Sage Plumph can often be found scampering along the forest floor, foraging for nuts and berries to fill its nest before winter’s first frost. This adorable woodland creature with the body of a squirrel, the tail plumage of a pheasant, and the long ears of a rabbit is known to enter hibernation with the first snowfall. They slumber in the nooks of trees, reawakening just as the first blooms of spring smell their sweetest. Plumphs are curious, but somewhat nervous creatures, making them somewhat difficult to befriend. The dedicated trainer can overcome this shortcoming with time and patience, and will eventually discover that Plumphs are friendly and surprisingly observant creatures, unmatched at locating the largest and tastiest acorns and chestnuts in any woodland.[1]
